Consumer Reports Magazine seems to have nothing but
good things to say about Toyota. What else is new, right? Recently,
Toyota was given awards for three of their vehicles. So which ones
walked away with the gold? The RAV4 earned the title of "Best Value Small SUV". The ever-popular Prius hybrid was named "Top Green Car", for the eighth consecutive year. And, the Sienna
minivan received the distinction of "Best Family Hauler". Toyota
continues to lead all other automakers with 20 recommended models of the
26 tested by Consumer Reports, adding greatly to the company's
prestige.
"These latest accolades join the impressive list of
awards and recognitions received in recent weeks, giving Toyota an
exceptionally strong start to 2011," says Adel Ezzet, Director of Toyota
SUV at Abdul Latif Jameel, the sole distributer of Toyota brands in
Saudi Arabia. "The fact that Toyota is totally dominating the awards
season shows the high esteem in which the brand is held by auto industry
experts and analysts, which in turn reflects the confidence and trust
of consumers throughout the world."1
